About Us and the Founder, Brent Ready

If you've landed here, you probably already know me or are about to get to know me. Hi, and welcome to the B Ready Event Group.

The fun fact about the B Ready Event Group is that it originated due to my large number of Buffalo Bills season tickets and the events I put on because of it. Eventually, my friends came up with the name, and as they say, the rest is history.

What you need to know is that I love events. Whether it's catering or tailgating, executing food and drink to bring people together has always been a passion of mine, and I've been unofficially running a successful event services group for over 20 years in Kitchener-Waterloo. Now it's time to make it official as we've evolved to the point where we have a large event staff group ready to meet all your event needs. From private to corporate events to weddings and everything in between, we have seen and done it all.

Event planning can come with many moving parts and challenges, but at the end of the day, you need to be adaptable, flexible and organized. I always find that these challenges make for the best stories and are always something to smile about later.

I wear many hats when leading the group, while our excellent event staff do what they do best. It's important to me to have good people who enjoy each other, and our friendly serving staff always make guests feel comfortable to have the best time.

It has been said many times that I am the best-dressed dishwasher in Kitchener-Waterloo, and I take that accommodation proudly. Being over the sink in my suit and washing the dishes is a common sight, as staying innovative and humble are essential values that I and the group take to every event.
